The 1N4148 diodes are back-to-back, so you will get only the forward voltage
drop reading regardless of the polarity of the tester.  This is nominally
0.6V, so they appear to be just fine.

The 1N5711 are Shottky-barrier diodes, with a nominal voltage drop of 0.3V.
Since they are not back-to-back, they would read as you describe.

My interpretation of your test results are that the diodes are probably OK.
