[Elecraft] Carrier breakthru using SSB filter

G3ROO didn't mention if the constant four light bulbs only happens on certain
bands, or all.

If it's on just 18 and/or 21 Mc, then there's a fix on the Elecraft site - 
the problem
is that the KSB2 is "hearing" radiation from an RFC due to the aggregate energy
from all the SW b'cast below or above those bands, respectively.

I have yet to do it to mine, but since the problem here only occurs when either
band is reasonably open, I'm sure it will do the trick - though since I do 
two radio
contesting here & have external BPFs that allow me to listen on one band
whilst going full tilt on another (with antennas sometimes just centimeters 
apart),
I found it odd that the additional selectivity didn't help.

This suggests that in my case at least, the radiation from the RFC is probably
dominant & the additional tweaks to the internal BPFs that are part of the mod
might not make such a big difference.  This may not be the case in ITU 
Region 1.

If the light bulbs are lit on all bands, then it's something else.
