[Elecraft] Help on VCO alignment

I'm stuck on the VCO alignment on the RF board alignment and test, part =
II.  The best I can get is 4.87 volts (6.0 required) when adjusting L30. =
 I have checked L30, C72 and T5.  All appear to be correct.  Any =
suggestions?  Thanks in advance,
