[Elecraft] KAT2 Problem

Both diodes are installed correctly and are not open or shorted.  R6 is 
not installed.  The manual says to take the reading with R1 fully 
clockwise.  But in case I missed something, I checked with R1 at 
mid-range.  That gives me an even lower reading.

Any other ideas?

> Check to make real sure you do not have D1 installed
> backwards, that R1 is set to middle of its range and
> that you have not already installed R6.
