Years ago I used a "soldapult" if that's what you mean... for the K2, I 
had the 808 handy and used it (along with some braid.)  Now that I've 
bored out the tip, the 808 is really working FB.  It would be nice to 
have a slim tip for desoldering bottom side components in a few cases, 
though.

ps -- thanks for the kind comments on Boojum!  It has been a fun 
project.  I'm hoping to get underway for a cruise up into Canadian 
waters next week.  I'll have the K2 along, of course.
