[Elecraft] Elecraft CW Net announcement

Good Day Folks,

I want to make a preliminary announcement this week because we will be changing the net somewhat.  The two major changes are: moving the net to Sunday 
afternoon and cancelling the 40 meter net.  

Moving to Sunday allows us to avoid the contesters and allows them to participate.  It also allows folks who have busy weekends with family commitments to 
participatel.  It will make follow up to all of the email I receive after the net more work for me but that is my problem :)  

Cancelling 40 meters is for a number of reasons:  
   There were not very many check ins.  
   Time was being cut from the 20 meter net that would have given more chance for others to join in.  
   And, my ears were getting tired with all of the noise I was hearing on the band!   

I have some more changes which I will post later.  Hopefully we can gain participants due to these changes.  I want to give folks a chance to find out who they can 
hear and them let them contact one another to exchange county, state, province, or serial number information.  The net will run until the last check in has had 
their say.  

Sunday at 6 PM PDT (0100 Monday for the UTC folks) I will run the Elecraft CW Net on 20  meters 14050 kHz  or if that's  busy I'll move up until I find a spot for us
to  use.
