I don't think that anyone mentioned the best method of fixing this (best 
because it reduces interference from many sources, not just the PC): 
make sure that your antenna and feedline do not pick up the interference 
in the first place.  If your antenna is coax-fed, I suggest that you use 
a W2DU bead-type balun at the antenna (whether or not the antenna is 
balanced).  That way, noise signals picked up by the outside of the coax 
in the shack will not be able to propagating up to the antenna.   In 
addition, the feedline (coax or balanced) should run at right angles to 
a dipole (horizontal or vertical) for as far as possible.  An end-fed 
antenna connected to your tuner in the shack is an invitation to noise 
pickup.  If you describe your antenna I can give you more specific 
recommendations to make it more immune to local noise.
