[Elecraft] POWER LEVEL WHEN VFO TURNS

I had the same  thing  ..
 
I noticed that the  wool pad that was placed under the vfo know was getting messed up and I was thinking that  wool and plastic on the know  was making a   static  discharge of some sort      I Took  the  felt  (wool)   off  and used a washer in its place..
 
I have not notice  the power level showing up since I  done  this .................
