[Elecraft] 160m low SSB output

I know this has been discussed on the list before, but did anyone get to the
bottom of the low output on SSB issue?

My K2 #3116 gives over 10W on CW but the SSB output is low compared to other
bands (I haven't checked but it appears to be about 5w).
