[Elecraft] Antenna Farm PA/OH border off I-80

Hi

I just got back to NJ from northern MI (Petoskey / Charlevoix area). Ops 
the week of  8/16 -8/22 out of MI were terrible. Don't know if it was 
the ionosphere or the black widow vertical 5 ft from the back of the 
cabin that made ops so bad. Also lots of  unmodulated "cariers"  (IMD 
from unknown out of band sources?) in the K2 when operating up there, 
which are not present here in NJ. (Op was 1/2 mile form Harbor Springs 
airport. Maybe some high power rf from there?)

But enough small talk. Coming home on I-80 I spotted what must be 10 
acres of HF antennas on 10+ towers (I was doing 75 mph, no time to make 
an exact count) on the north side of I-80 in PA, just over the OH/PA 
border. Anyone know who's running this "died-and-gone-to-heaven" setup, 
and is there any write-up of it ?
