[Elecraft] Elecraft WAS #29 issued to WT5Y

Congratulations to John Cooper, WT5Y, of Beaumont, TX.
He has achieved the Elecraft WAS award by working all 50 states with his
Elecraft K2/100.  WAS Certificate #29, endorsed for 2xSSB, was issued to
him.  John says that he is now going after the 2xCW endorsement and is
well on the way towards earning the Elecraft Century Club award. John
uses K2/100 s/n 3269.
