[Elecraft] Oscilloscope question

Hey guys,

I have a B&K Precsion 100MHz oscilloscope.  I have to buy a current
probe for work.  I have a circuit that has power factor correction and I
have to monitor not only output voltage; but also the shape of the
output current wave.

Anybody know of a good source for current ptobes for oscilloscopes.  I
looked at Newark electronics; but they carry probes specifically for
Tektronix scopes.
