For a while we tried using the ceramic tuning tools at work and found them too fragile, even for small caps. Those with small metal
inserts in a plastic holder last a lot longer. I've been using one from 'Spectrol' for several years and it works fine with caps
like C22. Mine is a freebie that I got from a distributor.

I've got a handful of ceramic tuning tools. Mine are great but BRITTLE! The
chisel point tools for turning slugs are FB. But the blade-end types for
twisting ceramic trimmers chip very easily when encountering a tight cap
like C22.
