[Elecraft] #2794 Goes QRO

Just completed the KPA100 upgrade for #2794. I had reservations about
messing with my favorite QRP rig and debated this action for quite some
time. After having completed the unit (and while I was at it, all Rev B
upgrades), my favorite QRP rig is now just my favorite rig over all! And it
sits atop an IC-756PROII so that is saying something indeed...

I just felt the need to share that and to publicly thank the Elecraft crew
for an outstanding design and wonderful customer service.
