  The XV50 FT unit here is working very well with my K2. Had occasion to =
compare it to another radio yesterday (Yaesu) and, well, there is no =
comparison.

   As with all Elecraft products, mechanical construction and PC board =
quality are very high. I would say the XV50 on receive is at least as =
good as the highly rated DEM 50/28, but the TX power meter, I/O =
interface to the K2, relay switching and attractive packaging make the =
XV50 much more desirable!=20

  It will be worth the wait.=20
