The K2 is capable of maintaining dial accuracy of
.03kHz (=30Hz) at 28Mhz (=28000000Hz);
30 parts in 28000000 approximates to 1 part in a
million, which is the accuracy needed for Control
board MCU oscillator setting to achieve this.
