[Elecraft] s meter fault!

After a few more tests I have no agc (did have). Turning rf gain to min =
only lights up 1 bar on s meter.k2 02760.
Tests on sig tracing ok till number 7 (no sig gen). Checked xtall and =
can hear 2nd harmonic without screwdriver but signal increases with =
screwdriver on pin 7 of u1. turning agc off does switch off s meter. Any =
thoughts?
