[Elecraft] k1 tx problem

I purchased a K1 preassembled by Rod Cerkoney, N0RC...Included in my =
package was the list of modifications, and his notes.  I love this =
thing!  However, it seems as though the transmit is about 200hz lower =
than what is shown on the dial.  For example, if I transmit on 14.058 =
and listen on that frequency, I hear an extremely high pitched tone...It =
is necessary to tune my 706 2/g receiver about 200hz lower to hear what =
I think is the exact frequency of the K1 transmission. =20
Any info on straightening this problem out would be very much =
appreciated...Go easy on me as I did not build it, but will be building =
the KAT1 and the noise blanker.
