Okay, I guess that it is time to throw in my 2 cents here.

I agree with Steve that Wayne's method is itterative.
However, I agree with Wayne that this is tolerable.

I too have read all three methods and have tried a number of other methods
that have been suggested in the past.  I do have a PC that can easily
connect to the K2 and an o'scope also but I do not find either of the
methods that Steve suggested at all attractive.  It may be just me but as
Wayne put it we are all free to choose.

Right now my dial is off by 50Hz or more after my last attempts to calibrate
things so I am looking forward to trying this new method in the near future.
