My DVM puts out too much voltage when reading ohms.
It starts current flow in the semiconductors, so
the resistance reads too low.  I can lock the auto
range function so that it doesn't do that.  Then
the readings are OK.

(For J1 pin 8)
>Started at 0, but then went to .2 ohms.

Make sure that you leads are good.  If the meter
shows 0 ohms with the tips together, but reads 0.2
on the board, then something is strange.  Measure
between the two ground points on the FP board.
If this also 0.2 ohms then I guess the meter is
strange.
