[Elecraft] K2 - VCO-Test (Alignment an d Test, Part II)

I trie to solve the problem. The contacs of the t5 are ok and the windings
too. I checked the voltages of u4 (dc voltage table of appendix e). All was
ok except:
pin 5 had 0V (should have 5V)
pin 7 had 5V (should have 0V)
pin 13 had 0V (should have 4V)

ist this normal??
