The FCC has asked for public comments on BPL by August 20.  it takes =
only a few minutes to file short comments
with the FCC on line. Instructions are on the ARRL web site =
(www.arrl.org).

You can listen to its effect from tapes on the ARRL website.  Broadband =
powerline radiation of internet may effectively end QRP operation, may =
effectively end ALL HF hamradio.  This NEEDS your response.

Personally, I wonder if HF "skip" might not well be strong enough to =
interfere with local radiation such that it will QRM itself, but I don't =
know.

Hard to understand how they would be allowed to use frequencies already =
allocated to someone else unless the FCC purposefully wants to do away =
with amateur radio and SW foriegn broadcast.
