Lyle (KK7P) is absolutely correct. Putting the KPA100 and the KAT100 in the 
remote EC2 is elegant. Internally, there are only two short jumpers (RF and 
DC) and one ribbon cable to connect. This has several benefits: No heating 
of the remote K2 by the KPA100, daisy chain RS232/AuxBus control of 
everything including KRC2 and a fully equipped QRP K2 that can be quickly 
disconnected and brought to the field.
