[Elecraft] K2 erratic tuning

Since carrying out the Revision A to B upgrade on my K2 #01583, I have 
noticed an effect in the tuning that I have not had before.

Turning the tuning knob slowly, either HF or LF, all is well.  I have it 
set for one revolution per kHz.  But if I turn the knob quickly, when 
trying to move several kHz, I find that it sometimes needs several 
revolutions of the knob to cover even 1kHz.  This happens whether going 
HF or LF.

Is this a known effect, or do I have something amiss somewhere?  My MPU 
firmware is version 2.01H and IOC 1.02.  I seem to recall reading 
somewhere that the tuning rate should increase rather than decrease when 
the tuning knob is rotated quickly.
