[Elecraft] KDSP2 NR settings

In my initial post I was pretty negative on the denoiser. I apologize
to Lyle and everybody. I found that by turning the decay setting down to =
.08 I get significant noise reduction, virtually no distortion on =
incoming CW and my perfect QSK is back. Also weak signals are a little =
easier to read without the distraction of the intense background noise. =
It doesn't sound as dramatic as a higher setting but it works better for =
me. The denoiser is set at the default Beta and level 1. As I mentioned =
before, I'm all CW here.
