[Elecraft] Elecraft CW Net report

Hello Tom,
I didn't notice any problem with Mychael's signal last night.  Conditions
were not the greatest, mostly because of QRN here.  His signal was s3 to s5
and I think I would have noticed if there had been any ac ripple or hash on
it.  Hope this helps.
