We checked quite a number this evening with the help of our East Coast Relay AA3WF and our Midwestern Relay KL7V on 14051 kHz.
W1EUY - Dave - MA
KL7V - Sam - OK
N6NW - Neal - CA
W0CZ - Ken - ND
K4IR - Larry - GA
W4ULY - Jim - SC
NA7Y - Bill - WA
AA3WF - Mychael - PA
W2SR - Robert - NJ
NN8K - Carl - WV
The 40 meter net was a 'bit' noisy but once we got the ball rolling we checked in a few here too on 7051 kHz:
KL7V - Sam - OK
AA3WF - Mychael - PA
W1EUY - Dave - MA
NA7Y - Bill - WA
It looks like we are developing a group of regulars. That's a good thing. I kept flipping between my two antennas and heard every contact except
one. Mychael checked in NN8K who I heard not at all. 20 meters has been pretty consistent. Tonight was pretty good for the eastern seaboard.
Thank you one and all for your participation. My fist was not the greatest this evening and I apologize for that. I will work on it (must be the
contacts on my paddles :) Now if I could just keep up with some of you I would be a happy camper.
I am wondering if I should move the 40 meter net to 80 meters to see how that works. Any comments on this would be sincerely appreciated.
73 to you all,
Kevin. (Net control operator in training).
