[Elecraft] Recent band conditions

I can't say if the conditions are better or worse than last cycle, but I do
know that folk wisdom in general seems always to lead to the conclusion
that: "The world is going to hell in a handbasket" - which is to say that
common perception will usually lead one to the conclusion that things are
worse now than they have ever been before!!! <G>

No matter, conditions are what they are - how we deal with it is the really
important thing.
