[Elecraft] K2 Auto-Detect Mode

I think the K2's autodetect mode is fooled when you press the dit and
the dah paddles simultaneously, and believes this to be a straight key.
Even at my speed of about 15 wpm this happens from time to time. 

I have both a paddle and a straight key connected (with  diodes) in
parallel. My solution has been to program PF2 to the Inp command and
then switch to auto-detect or straight-key mode whenever I want to use
the straight key. That works for me.
