[Elecraft] Re: switching power supplies

Several weeks ago I purchased a Radio Shack
22-510 switching PS rated at 25A. It runs the
K2-100/DSP with no trouble. The fan is a bit
loud, but they were closing out these units for
$59.00, and for that, I can listen to a bit of fan
noise. The unit is also clean as far as rf noise
goes, using a well shielded feedline to the beam
or open wire line fed thru a balun from the output
of the KAT100.

Just FWIW, YMMV...
