[Elecraft] Reflector message timing problems

  As you are no doubt aware, there have been widespread thunder storms over 
a lot of the country.  That can cause certain branches of the Internet to 
go down, resulting in strange reroutings and queuing that could cause 
exactly the kind of problem you are experiencing.  But, for sure, it's 
temporary.
