[Elecraft] K1 no output on 20m

Hello all,

My K1 was behaving normally until yesterday.  As I was trying to tune the rig up on a 1/4-wave 20m vertical, the KAT1 relays clicked endlessly and I saw the following:

   P0.1  r9.9

I thought maybe it was a tuner problem, so I put the ATU in CLS mode (bypassing the tuner) and hooked the rig up to a 50-ohm dummy load.  Once again, tune mode produced:

   P0.1  r9.9

An external watt meter indicates no power out on 20m.  All the rest of the bands on my 4-band board appear to be operating normally.

Any suggestions on what to check next?
