[Elecraft] K2Net - yet another remote K2 control program

I just checked the link, the spec looks good but the code is all written in 
C and requires Visual C++ to compile it. Not much use to someone who only 
has Delphi and doesn't understand C. But if anyone who understands C would 
like to make a DLL out of it, I'll be happy to use it. :-)
