Comments by others make it seem that I'm concerned about my S-meter.  Not
so.  With R1 at 33k, the S-meter is red hot, but that's neither here nor
there.

My concern is about the possibility of the AGC voltage to the I.F. stage
being too high on weak signals.  Wayne said this voltage (AGC output at
U2-1) should be about 3.5 to 3.7 volts for max gain with no antenna and
AGC on (and RF gain full up).  I'll measure it later today (along with
noting its value when I turn the AGC off).
