[Elecraft] K1 Assembly - Need Help Already!

Well, folks . . . after soldering in my first resistor on the KFL1-4 Four
Band Filter Board, I'm in need of assistance.  On the Errata sheet, it says:

"The trimmer capacitors supplied with your KFL1-4 kti are different from the
ones originally supplied. Change the description to Trimmer Capacitor,
1-40pf"  etc.

Well, here's the problem:  In the assembly manual for the KFL1-4  it says:

"Note that each trimmer's body has a flat side, and that they are not all
oriented in the same direction. The trimmers must be oriented as shown to
keep their rotor terminals at ground potential."

And the problem is, these trimmers have TWO flat sides!  A narrow flat side
and a wide flat side. So I'm trying to figure out if they should be oriented
with the WIDE flat side or the NARROW flat side facing the flat on the PC
board.
