Hi Bob,
There is a small problem with estimating international shipping of small parts
on our shopping cart order page. It assumes you are ordering something
larger that needs a shipping box etc. and adds that to the weight in addition
to our regular shipping and handling costs. We currently notify all
international parts orderers via email what the actual cost (which is much
less!) will be before shipping.
Our shipping charge will be about $5 for Canada and $7.50 for Europe for the
PLL Temp. Compensation Upgrade (P/N E850138). Go ahead and enter the order and
we will charge $5 for Canadian shipping. (Of course it may be higher if you
order additional items.)
In the future please email us directly at [email protected] instead of using
the list for this type of question. I frequently can not read all list
postings and I may miss it. Emails direct to Lisa at [email protected] get
noticed and replied to much faster :^).
We're also working with our shopping cart site vendor to make the
international small parts shipping estimate more accurate.
