[Elecraft] Elecraft KAT1 issue

During the install of components on the RF board, a resistor was
installed at R4.  In the instructions for the KAT1 under RF Board
Preparations, you need to cut a signal trace, and install a resistor
over the trace.  Do you have to remove the previously installed R4? =20
