[Elecraft] PSK31 Deluxe (and FT-817 Commander) update news

Hi all,

Simon and I have been slaving away all weekend to bring you a new and even
more improved build of FT-817 Commander and/or PSK31 Deluxe. This will
probably be the last beta before the final release, and it is nice and
stable.

Among some minor bugfixes, the major changes are a combined ALC/Power output
display in PSK31 Deluxe and a new option for the Commander's analogue dial:
old-fashioned frequency markers, just like the days of steam radio. To
activate these go to FAVOURITES then DISPLAY MARKERS...
