[Elecraft] Better VCO stability with new upgrade?

hi Erik and all other elecrafteneers,

Is this new upgrade also a stabilization solution for the following...

When I blow soft with warm breath in the direction of the VCO (T5)
I noticed an increasing of the power on R30.
R30 has to be 6.0V on 4MHz. But when I rechecked it last..it was only 5.6V
(K2 was powered on for at least 15 min without transmit)
I do not why but I blow in the direction of the VCO  and in 1 sec it pointed
6.7V on DMM   !!!
And I didnt even eat hot chilli peppers the evening before !
After that it was slowly decreasing or rapidly when I blow cold to under
5.0V
When you do this and you listen to the speaker, sounds are rising or going
down in freq.
Will this upgrade help us with this behaviour ?
