[Elecraft] Elecraft K2 Temperature-Compensated PLL Reference Upgrade

I'll probably order the upgrade tomorrow but in the last 4 months of use of
my K2/100 I've noticed no noticeable drift...but what the hey...I need to
build something. I'm still waiting for the Dayton releases seeing as I'll
be out of the country ..... hopefully Pub Crawling with my Ham Brothers in
England and Ireland.
