[Elecraft] Left hand bug

I am left handed and I have a left hand Vibroplex Lightning Bug...It is
set up as Martin describes, thumb for dits and forefinger for dahs...I
bought it new in 1967 and had to order it special and wait 3 weeks for
it...I often use it "sidewinder" style, sending both dits and dahs with
the dah side as if it were a straight key...
