[Elecraft] CT logging program?

I made one like this:

cd \ct
comtsr1 -b4800
ct

But it still doesn't work.  I am using com1 (same as with TRLog) and the 
default IRQ, etc. should be OK.  I'm running under Win95.  Do I have to 
use MSDOS mode (I hope not!)?
