One of the best ways to find out "What's New at Dayton" from Elecraft
would be to stay at the QRP motel .... The Ramada Inn - Dayton Mall.

Check http://www.qsl.net/k8dd/rooms/ramada1.htm  .... there are rooms
available Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun night.  Thur nights are in very short supply!

You could conceivably get "What's New at Dayton" from Elecraft and go
back to the room and have it built before you leave Dayton!
