[Elecraft] K1 front panel resistance check J1 pin 16 low

Hello,
     I'm working on building my K1 (ordered it the 28 of March), and everything's gone fine up until the resistance checks on page 22 - for the front panel board. All of them are good except J1 pin 16, which is supposed to be 15-18k and is instead around 2.5k ohms. I've checked (many times!) all my solder joints, though (particularly since this is my first kit) I may be missing something, and I also went back and checked that I had all my resistors in the right places. Any ideas on where I've gone wrong would be greatly appriceated.
