I agree entirely. Also, I'm not out to demonise the German supplier but as
you point out, it's difficult to see where the added value (if any) comes.

I've only recently purchased my own K2 (still in box sadly) but the speed
and quality of responses on the ML seem to make dealer support almost
irrelevant.
