[Elecraft] 12V 7A gel cell source?

Hi Ken,

A couple weeks ago I bought a Yuasa sealed rechargeable lead-acid battery
(NP7-12 , 12v , 7.0Ah) for $8.00 at a hamfest. The vendor was Quicksilver
Radio Products (http://www.qsradio.com/). The batteries aren't shown on the
website but you can email the owner , John Bee, and ask if he has any left
( qsradio@qsradio.com).

I don't know what the difference (if any) is between an SLA battery and a
"gel cell", but perhaps others reading the list will offer more info.
