Unless the server operator authorizes a robot, there won't be a channel
unless the operator sets one up, or someone joins(creates the channel).

Kinda like a quiet band...if no one calls CQ, we all sit and listen to
no
signals.

That's why some folks prefer chat systems, since they are in place.
