[Elecraft] K2 signal at 14,361.4 khz

The tone at 14361 kHz was discussed a few weeks ago. Here is the
explanation:

The image frequency corresponding to a dial setting of 14361 is: 14361 +
2*4915 = 24191

Compare that to the 2. harmonic of the PLL reference oscillator which is
in the range
12080 - 12100 -> 24160 - 24200. Therefore the 2. harmonic hits the image
response.

The 14361 kHz birdie tunes much slower than ordinary signals, because as
you tune, the PLL is pulled up at almost the same rate, until you hit
the point where the division count in the PLL loop changes by one count,
and the PLL reference oscillator jumps back to a lower frequency.

Well, this may sound a bit complex, but the essence is that this is part
of the oscillator design of the K2 and for that reason it is outside the
ham band.
