Yes. The change is, at the very greatest, best described as "subtle". It
will have a small effect on total gain and a small effect on the signal =
to
noise ratio.=20

Like most such adjustments, the peak "maximum" is not exactly the same =
as
the peak "signal to noise" ratio, but they are so close there's no =
practical
difference.=20

Many ops tune in the 7.000 MHz "birdie" and peak L34 for the best =
looking
signal to noise ratio as shown on Spectrogram like you did.

Gary Surrency once posted a method that he has used. It involved just
measuring the audio output with a DMM while listening to the birdie and
adjusting L34 for peak signal.=20

Bottom line - it is not at all critical for maximum performance to find =
the
absolute "maximum" peak spot.
