Glad you found the trouble.  During one of the tests I had a very funny
result.  Fortunately, the instructions said if something like what I was
experiencing happened, it could be a wrong value capacitor (among two or
three possibilities).  Sure enough, I managed to use the wrong value cap
right where they said I might. (I suspect others may have done this in
the past, hi). Putting in the right cap instantly fixed things.  It's
not all bad to have to fix a boo boo or two.  We learn from that . . . I
think (g).

After going back and putting in the ground jumpers I missed, I found
that I had hooked up T5 wrong. After redoing T5, all the numbers fell
right in the middle of where they are supposed to be.
